Supakorn Vejjajiva (right), president and chief operating office of Post Publishing Plc, the publisher of the Bangkok Post and Post Today daily newspapers, poses with Suthida Maleipan, executive vice-president for digital media, at the launch of M2Fjob.com.
Post Publishing launched M2Fjob.com yesterday to offer alternatives to job seekers.
Its featured function calculates the likelihood resumes will match with available positions. The website follows the debut of the free M2F tabloid late last year.
M2Fjob.com began service on Feb 1 and has plans to extend its service coverage to applications via mobile phone and other devices soon.
‘‘What differentiates M2Fjob.com from other job websites is our matching system for positions and job seekers. The system assesses the appropriateness of the job seeker’s qualifications for available positions and spits out a percentage,’’ said Supakorn Vejjajiva, president and chief operating office of Post Publishing.
